## Release notes

Re-pins `proxbox-api==0.0.9.post2` (fixes `create_storages()` `TypeError` regression in `0.0.9.post1`).

Supersedes `v0.0.13.post3` which never reached PyPI: that publish run failed `validate-testpypi` due to a stale `uv.lock` (lockfile pinned `0.0.13.post2` while `pyproject.toml` was `0.0.13.post3`, breaking `uv sync --locked`). This release regenerates the lockfile and bumps to `.post4` to avoid any TestPyPI republish ambiguity.

No runtime behavior change — packaging/compat-pin bump only.
