## Fix: Rename Python module from proxmox_openapi to proxmox_sdk

This post-release fixes the installed Python module name to match the PyPI distribution name.

**Breaking change (import name):** After installing `proxmox-sdk`, use:

```python
from proxmox_sdk import ProxmoxSDK
from proxmox_sdk.sdk.exceptions import ResourceException
```

instead of the old `proxmox_openapi` import path.

### Changes
- Renamed Python package directory `proxmox_openapi/` → `proxmox_sdk/`
- Updated all internal imports and references
- Updated Docker config filenames and entrypoints
- Bumped version to `0.0.2.post1`
