## TestPyPI validation release for v0.0.6.post1

This developmental pre-release validates the publish pipeline before the final v0.0.6.post1 release.

### Changes in 0.0.6.post1
- FastAPI TestClient HTTP smoke tests for PVE mock server (`create_mock_app`) and full server (`create_app`) in mock mode
- CI: added `proxmox_sdk.pdm_mock_main` to import smoke checks
- All CI matrix jobs (lint, syntax, test/latest, test/9.1.11, test/9.2) green

### Validation scope
- Publishes to TestPyPI and validates install across Python 3.11–3.13
- Does **not** publish to PyPI or Docker Hub (prerelease guard active)
