Maintenance release for the schema-driven Proxmox SDK and mock runtime.

### Highlights

- Promotes the post-v0.0.8 performance architecture and generated-route documentation updates.
- Includes the Dependabot lockfile alert resolution merged after v0.0.8.
- Keeps package metadata and `uv.lock` aligned at `0.0.9`.

### Validation

- Main CI passed on commit `d3e73ac818a68dacf2067e29d11409b5d5b428c2`, including lint, syntax/import smoke checks, all schema test jobs (`latest`, `9.2`, `9.1.11`), and Docker image smoke/push jobs.
- TestPyPI release candidate `v0.0.9rc1` passed release workflow `26372086908`: artifact build, TestPyPI upload, and all 9 validation jobs across Python 3.11, 3.12, 3.13 and schemas `latest`, `9.2`, `9.1.11`.
- Clean install validation installed `proxmox-sdk==0.0.9rc1` from TestPyPI into a fresh environment; package metadata, `__version__`, packaged generated artifacts, and `pbx --version` / `proxmox-cli --version` were verified.
